You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided to 12merryph is accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time is a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 12merryph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:
12merryph implements industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no security system is impenetrable, and 12merryph cannot guarantee absolute security of your account information.
All financial transactions on the 12merryph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
12merryph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your 12merryph wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. 12merryph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Payment Notice: 12merryph does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations. Only the payment methods listed above are supported.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification — Players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to withdraw funds.
Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days following approval. 12merryph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 12merryph reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account.

12merryph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus that has already been credited to a Player's account and is subject to active wagering will not be affected by such changes.
All games available on the 12merryph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply to all games:
All non-live games on the 12merryph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are regularly audited by independent third-party testing agencies to verify compliance with fairness standards.
Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in real time via video stream. Results in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG systems. 12merryph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, 12merryph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 12merryph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
